Place for an amicable meeting and a real eyecatcher: Pavilion comes from the Latin word “papillio” and initially means a “pleasure tent”. With great pleasure GINKGO has been tapping the full potential of Textile Concrete to create doubly-curved shells.

A design by young Cologne sculptor, Martin Kleppe, serves as model for this ambitiously free form. For the first time it was put into effect on the premises of a modern housing complex in Binz, a small town on the Baltic Sea. There it serves as a “Place to chat” for the residents.

Let yourself be inspired! Choose from different colours (see colour scale) and from different versions (open on 6 steel supports, or closed, optionally also thermally insulated - price on request). The closed version should be executed with partial masonry, to increase the dynamic look.
